30-Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us!

You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return any unused or faulty item for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, or condition received and packaging.

Contact us at flowerbabycosmetics@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please attach picture of item an receipt. Please mail back item wishing to be exchanged or returned. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund within 3-5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable 

Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive within Canada. If outside of Canada, shipping could take up to 14 business days

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and order weight. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, Africa.  Please note shipping outside of North America may take longer then 14 days depending on external circumstances
