You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return any unused or faulty item for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, or condition received and packaging.
Contact us at hello@flowerbabycosmetics.com to initiate a return. Please attach picture of item an receipt. Please mail back item wishing to be exchanged or returned. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund within 3-5 business days.
